We believe in keeping 100 percent transparency with our customers and sell the best in class apparels. To avoid any size discrepancies, always check the SIZE CHART before buying as we Print on demand. We have very low return/refund rate. In most cases it’s because customers didn’t look at the size chart. So please check the chart if you are not sure.

Exchange:

In case of damaged goods or with the apparel, please initiate the shipping of the product(s) to the below address within 3 days of receiving the product preferably using India Post’s Speed Post service or any other national courier service and let us know about the same. Hoodies cannot be replaced once dispatched from origin. Offer t-shirts cannot be replaced once dispatched from origin. Once we confirm the sizes via call from the customer for the hoodies, we will proceed to print the hoodies and prepare for dispatching the same day. 

Cancellation & Refund:

After placing the order, customers can cancel their order within 3 hours if he/she wish to by sending a email to contact@designdekh.com or by whatsapp ( +91 9146477056) to cancel the same. The amount will be refunded through NEFT within 7 working days or by Paytm or Google Pay.

Please consider following pointers for refund and replacement.

  •  No cancellation will be provided if the order is already processed and shipped. 
  • No return will made available if incorrect size or color is ordered by customer.
  • Exchange available only if the product is damaged in shipping(product unbox video is required in this case.)
